Lešany is a municipality and village in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Lešany lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Prostějov, 20 km (12 mi) south-west of Olomouc, and 198 km (123 mi) east of Prague.
