Újezd is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Újezd lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Žďár nad Sázavou, 24 km (15 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 123 km (76 mi) south-east of Prague.
