This is a list of people who have served as mayor or president of the Assembly of the City of Istočno Sarajevo, city in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Istočno Sarajevo has had 8 different mayors since the position was created in 1997, after the Bosnian War.

The role of the mayor is to represent and represent the City, establish the City Administration, manage its work and be responsible for its work. The duties of the mayor are defined by the Law on Local Self-Government of the Republika Srpska^[1] and the Law on the City of Istočno Sarajevo.^[2] The seat of the mayor is in the Istočno Sarajevo City Administration building, located at Stefana Nemanja Street 14 in neighborhood of Lukavica, Istočno Sarajevo.
