The men's +90 kilograms Kurash competition at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou was held on 30 September 2023 at the Xiaoshan Linpu Gymnasium.[1][2]
Kurash is a traditional martial art from Uzbekistan that resembles Wrestling. There are three assessment system in Kurash, namely Halal, Yambosh, and Chala.

- Tejen Tejenow of Turkmenistan originally won the silver medal, but was disqualified after he tested positive for DHCMT and Methasterone.[3]
