Calosoma atrovirens is a species of ground beetle in the subfamily of Carabinae.[1] It was described by Maximilien Chaudoir in 1869.[1] This species is found in Mexico, where it inhabits oak forests, tropical deciduous forests and wet pastures.
Adults are brachypterous.[2]
