Bariwala is a town and a nagar panchayat in Muktsar district in the state of Punjab, India and the old name of Bariwala is Amin-ud-din.
Demographics
As of 2011 India census,[1] Bariwala had a population of 8668. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Bariwala has an average literacy rate of 92%, higher than the national average of 74.4%; with 95% of the males and 90% of females literate. 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
