The 2025 term of the Supreme Court of the United States is set to begin on October 6, 2025.

Cases

Certiorari granted

In January 2025, the Supreme Court of the United States granted certiorari to its first case, Bowe V. United States, in its forthcoming term.[1][2] In June 2025, a "software malfunction" forced the Supreme Court to issue orders early.[3]

As of July 3, 2025, the Supreme Court has granted certiorari to thirty total cases for its forthcoming term.[1]
