The men's 50 metre freestyle competition at the 1999 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 27–28 at the Sydney International Aquatic Centre.[1] The last champions were Bill Pilczuk of US and Ricardo Busquets of Puerto Rico.[2]
This race consisted of one length of the pool in freestyle.[3]
